Absolutely. We build sites on user-friendly platforms like WordPress, full training is provided either in person (if local) or online. Training includes updating copy, images, and blog/news/events posts. You will have full control without needing to know code.
We do not provide SEO services as this is a constantly evolving area requiring specific knowledge. Rather than offer a service we are not confident in being able to fully deliver we can recommend partners who can. Having said this we are aware of best practices and avoid anything which is likely to be detrimental and often achieve very good results.

Once approved, the website is developed on a staging/test area and when completed and fully tested, put live. You can have as much or little involvement in the design process as you like.
